FD&S is seeking an experienced and responsible person to perform multi-faceted project management duties including daily coordination efforts with a jobsite foreman, creation and maintenance of project schedules, obtaining permits, invoicing, job cost tracking, change orders & processing, site meetings, safety meetings, coordination & communication with subcontractors, maintenance of relationships with project managers & with our management team.
Applicant must have site and utility work experience and must be computer savvy with a general knowledge of plan reading. Other preferable skills are CAD and/or Carlson software familiarity, time management, organizational, accountability, working well with various people and personalities, creativity and personalization. Position is full time & will average about 45 hours weekly.

Immediate full-time position available. Seeking motivated, responsible, safe, and experienced individuals to work on pipe & utility
infrastructure at building site & development projects in the Merrimack Valley area north of Boston. The position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience with sewer, drain & water pipe installations, including working on private and/or public and commercial construction projects.
Daily duties will include general site and utility work with challenging but safe conditions and tight schedules. OSHA-10 certification and a standard drivers’ license is required. We maintain a team approach workplace and strive to provide the tools and training to facilitate
advancement within the company.
